There’s now a full trailer for "Magare! Spoon", Nagasawa Masami’s first true comedy movie. It will premiere at TIFF (Tokyo International Film Festival) on October 20, 2009 under the English title "Go Find a Psychic!". The actual public release will be on November 11th.

Plot (courtesy of NipponCinema): Every Christmas Eve, an ESP party is held at Cafe de Kinesis. The participants, who refer to themselves as “ESPers”, have this one night a year to show off the powers they normally hide in their daily lives. Meanwhile, Yone Sakurai (Nagasawa), the assistant director of a paranormal TV show, arrives at the cafe through a strange twist of fate. Her presence throws the ESPers into a panic, but they have to control their powers out of fear that she may discover their secret. To make matters worse, they detect an ESP faker in their midst. Can the real ESPers figure out how to make Yone leave without causing any trouble?

It sure looks good and I look forward to it.
I pray it´ll do well and help Masami out of her crisis and get her back in track again.

I’m so looking forward on this movie cuz I really been sad when I didn’t have a chance atleast to support cobalt blue. well it’s not my fault it didn’t got on in theatres at my place sucks*

I just hope it will do well this time for her I’m definetely gonna watch it for many times just to increase it’s viewership ratings.

Well, it has potential – we’ll have to see how it all comes together.

I think I’ll go into this with my expectations set as low as possible. Makes stomaching another sub-par performance at the box-office more bearable.

That being said, I hope this will put Masami back on track.

One thing I will do as soon as it’s released, though, is to buy Cobalt Blue. The Japan Version, while very expensive, has English subtitles.
