As usual Oricon made a survey to find out the most anticipated dorama of the new season as well. Unsurprisingly "Tsuki no Koibito ~Moon Lovers~" starring Kimura Takuya (37) topped this ranking as well and Oricon expects some very high ratings for this dorama.
Tsuki no Koibiti will be Kimutaku's first real love story in 10 years and star him as the company president of an interior design company. "It's a getsu9 dorama and it has Kimutaku, it's impossible not to have very high expectations," a female teenage voter said. However, it's not just him people are looking forward to. "I'm really excited, because it's Shinohara Ryoko's comeback dorama," another female voter in her thirties commented.
Second place goes "Team Batista 2" starring Ito Atsushi (26) and Nakamura Tooru (44). During the first season the two of them have already proven to be a great team and gathered a lot of male fans. In fact, this dorama would have topped the ranking if they've only counted the male voters. Third place goes to the dorama adaption of the fantasy comedy manga "Kaibutsu-kun" starring Ohno Satoshi (29) of the popular group Arashi.
"Shinzanmono" starring Abe Hiroshi (45) and Kuroki Meisa (21) made it on the fourth place while the Twitter dorama "Sunao ni Narenakute" starring Ueno Juri (23) and Eita (27) unfortunately only ranked fifth. The biggest surprise of the ranking is the fact that "Mother" didn't make it into the Top 10.
