Today HANA-Cupid presented actress Horikita Maki (21) with the "Ms.Lily 2010" award for being the most like that beautiful flower.
In the language of flowers "Lily" means "pure love" and so she got asked whether she has been experience pure love lately and whether she has a person that she loves. "At the moment…(I don't)…," she was a bit reserved when answering, but then she even answered the question about having children. "Right now I plan to have one with 32," she said.
Further she said about flowers in general, "I really love flowers and it would make me very happy to receive flowers as a surprise gift on a first date. I also like to decorate my home with them and enjoy their soothing power. From time to time I send some flowers to my mother. Recently the amount decreased, but I still give her a bunch of flowers whenever I can see her. Next time we will have some sushi together."
Lilies do not only stand for pure love, they also are also getting associated with dignity, purity, innocence and so on. "Since they have such an elegant image, it makes me even happier to receive such an award," Horikita gratefully accepted the honor.
