On Thursday, actress Nakama Yukie (29) and KAT-TUN’s Kamenashi Kazuya (23) attended a nice little event to thank about 1000 fans for the big success of their movie "Gokusen: The Movie".
The athmosphere was like that of a small summer night festival and as promised last time, Nakama didn’t appear wearing her trademark red jersey from the series again. Instead both of them came dressed in two beautiful yukatas, adding even more to the festival-like mood. Apparently even Kamenashi himself got wowed by Nakama’s yukata appearance, "What a beautiful oneesan!, I thought." [=young lady]
Since the release on the 11th this month, Gokusen already made more than 2 billion yen in box office takings. In order to thank their fans, both actors started to visit 5 major cities and attend a total of 9 greeting since the 28th. Each of the events will give 1000 fans the chance to see their stars up-close, accordingly naming it the "5-9-1000" campaign. Nakama once again tried to appeal to more possible future moviegoers, "Please spend the summer together with Gokusen."
