Actress Matsushita Nao (25), who had her big breakthrough this year with NHK’s hugely popular morning drama “Gegege no Nyobo”, will star in her first real prime time drama on Fuji TV next season. Moreover she is going to play the role of a female detective.

“Every day I haven’t been on a set since the end of the morning drama felt really lonely and I can’t wait for the filming of my next drama to begin,” she said enthusiastically.

Actress Takeuchi Yuuko (30) has finally unveiled her first role as a female detective in the 2-hour drama special “Strawberry Night” at a preview screening at Fuji TV’s headquarters in Daiba, Tokyo.
